SOCIAL STUDIES: The Evolution of Economics

Feudalism, mercantilism, capitalism...How has economics developed throughout history? All f it explained from the insight of our 3rd year students. Enjoy!

Social Studies: The World as 100 People

If we stick to the way the world is configured, this is how things would be like if we apply it to 100 people. Our 2nd year students have made a thorough abstraction effort in order to explain us how our lives would be if we were a little portion of inhabitants in the planet. Really interesting and somehow scary!

HISTORY: Heraldry

What is a coat of arms like? Why were they created the way they were? Our 2nd year students tell us how!

THE UNIVERSE

Our 1st ESO students talk about our solar system!

FOODtionary

In this occasion, our students (2nd ESO A and S and 3rd ESO A) have learnt tons of new vocabulary about food!

After classifying them into different categories (dairy products, meat, fish and so on), they have created posters with their drawings and they have translated all the words into Catalan, in order to reinforce both languages at the same time. Now, the posters are decorating our corridors, so that the other students can learn these words too.

Now, they won't be hungry  if they go to an English-speaking country! Good job!
